Department of “Editorial office and publishing house”

    The department was founded on February 1, 2006. Professor of “the Uzbek language and literature” department H. Mirhaydarov manages the department. The department consists of following sub departments: editorial of newspaper “Universitet ovozi” (The voice of University), editorial of journal “Guldu ahborotnomasi” (The bulletin of university), printing house,section of Xerox.
    The department leads activity on the base of its rules and working plan.
    The main purpose of organization is editing and recommendation to suitable publishers of scientific methodical texts, textbooks, teaching aids, textbooks of methodic, teaching methodical collections, teaching methodical reports, electronic textbooks based on pedagogical technology created by teaching staff of university.
    Number  of works were planned  and accomplished  in the department.
    The main task is provision of theoretical and stylistic quality of lecture texts textbooks of methodic, teaching methodical collections created by teaching staff of university. Besides the department edit and permit to publish “Guldu ahborotnomasi” (The bulletin of university), newspaper “Universitet ovozi” (The voice of University), monographs, scientific pamphlets, booklets created by teaching staff of university and check worked out variants of general methodical literatures.
    The department makes a decision on all teaching methodical and scientific publications of the department and on the strength of this decision Scientific Methodical Council of university makes its final conclusion.
    Assistant professors J.Abdullayev, S. Kulbayeva, teachers Sh.Hudaykulova, M. Suyarova, editor in-chief of newspaper “Universitet ovozi” H. abduvohidov, M.Mirzayeva, U.Sultonova work in the department.
    The newspaper “Universitet ovozi” has being  published since December 22, 1999.
    The newspaper was registered in administration of stamp and Information of Syrdaria region for #. 10-038.
    The first page of the first publication was published with the article of former rector of  the university Azimjon Parpiev. On the same page  placed congratulations to well-known poet Tura Sulaymon, and the head of stamp administration of region Kodirkul Sariboev. Besides in these articles can be read about history and life of university.
    The articles of vice- rector R. Mahmudov, the head of “Uzbek literature department” U. Uljaboev, teacher of “philosophy” department S. Ismoilov, and others were published.
    In subdivision “Literature” published patterns from the art of students. After editors in- chief like H.Sotiboldiev and B. Turdiev, in 2001 well-known poet Bahor Holbekova was appointed as editor in- chief. Year by year the contents of newspaper are changed and formed, increased the articles and pages of newspaper.
    If you look through the files of previous years you will satisfy that articles reflect the spirit of time. Materials about successes of scientists, incidents from the life of students, patterns from the life of youth all of these gladden our hearts.
