1. Organizational work. In 2007-2008 academic year the Educational Building of Physical training department was repaired in modern style. 10 classrooms, teachers room, a canteen were equipped with modern equipments. The heating system was renewed completely. A computer class with 9 new modern computers "Pentum-IV" with connection to "Internet" and "Intranet". Functions in Educational Building.
The sport hall was repaired completely. The Training Hall was created and it was delivered with sports stocks about 4.000.000 amount. 2. Educational - methodical work.23 educational - methodical work were compiled on different subjects in the department. More than 300 text books with 27 different appellations were delivered.
Electronic books on disciplines as "Swimming and its training" (written by Sariboev Sh.T, Kamilov J.K.), "Track and field athlete and its training" (by Taniberdiev A) were created.
15 educational and methodical collections with current control works for the students of special correspondence were compiled.
More than 20 electronic versions of textbooks were installed in computers. 3. Scientific and research activity. The assistant professors of the department were opponents in 2 candidate dissertations last year. The members of the department took an active part in the republican and International Conferences held in 2008. Many of the scientific collections of the works of teachers were published. 4. The staff of the department. In present time the staff consists of 1 professor, 2 assistant - professors and 17 teachers. 5. Sport achievements of the department. In present time 5 masters of sport with international class, more than 10 masters of sport and 30 prices of republican champions ships study at our department.
