Internal control and realization of monitor programs for preparation national (young) personnel are checking and analyzing realization timely performance and tasks of national programs for preparation of young personnel, decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan about process of Educational training, decree of the Cabinet of Ministers in the spheres of high education, normative documents and methodic indication of Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education. Internal control and monitor realized its activities plum based aging on Constitution of Republic of Uzbekistan, “The Law about Education”, the law of program of national preparation of personnel, decree and indication of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decree of the Cabinet of Ministry decree of board and order of Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education also, conform to theirs position. Internal control and monitor of Gulistan State University realized adoption to the life of national program, preparation personnel’s, also checking performance training, methodic training, spiritual-enlightenment, scientific-exploration. Works, improvement of personnel qualifications and decree board and scientific-council, laws were issued by Ministry and University and normative documents about Education, in the faculties and in the other constituent departments.

Internal control and monitor realized activities in these directions: - Ensuring of performance of control and introduction of monitor in Gulistan State University, laws of higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decree and indications of high agency, decree of board of Ministry, orders, indicatory letters, modemograms and phonograms, also decree of scientific council and orders of University;
- Elaboration of monitoring system, the quality of staff preparation, necessity and development of labor market, planned actions of the University and financial and technical basis of the University;
- Organization and internal quality control for the teacher training staff and it’s requalification;
- Rendering practical and methodical assistance in the organization of education monitoring in Gulistan State University;
- Organization and well regulation the fact of the information bank the conditions and development of education at the university;
- Preparation of analytical materials and suggestions for the Ministry prepared by the authority of the University, scholar council;
- The system elaboration and implementation of execution the decision of scholar council orders and authority directions;
- Providing practical and methodical assistance on revealed lacks on the basis of analyses of executive activity of the University;
- Creating conditions for learning and summarizing advanced experience;
- Providing rating a valuation the activities of professors’ and teachers’ staff;
- Providing on time the quantitive information of monitoring about fulfillment Educational Laws and National program of teacher training, the decision of Sirdarya Khokimiyat, on education colleague of the Ministry and Higher and Secondary Education, orders, directive letters modemograms, telephonograms prepared by the authority and university departments;
- Representation of concrete suggestions to the authority of the University on revealed lacks removing and finding the ways of solving the problems.
