The department of International Relations

    The professors and teachers of Gulistan state University expand recently the cooperation with the international and foreign higher educational institutions and centers of science in the sphere of the development of scientific researches, grant projects preparations and participation in various competitions. A lot of works are being done in the sphere of the international relationships department activity.
     The edition of results of research works made on the basis of University in prestigious scientific magazines of the developed foreign countries becomes the reason of interest of many centers of science and the international organizations. At a present relations are adjusted and contracts on cooperation between University and following organizations as: University of Grenoble to France, the Brussells University to Belgium, University Masarik in Czech, Institute of formation and genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Kamsk engineering - economic academy, the St.-Petersburg state polytechnic University, the Russian scientific research institute under named N.I.Vavilova, institute of zoology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Kemerovo state University, Kazakhstan University of Sirdariya, International agricultural centre Biosalin, international organizations ICARDA, ICBA, IVMI, IPGRI are signed.
     The Gulistan state University actively participates in scientifically-grant projects. Various projects in the sphere of the international relations are carried out at the University. For example, at present the project of program Тasis Тempus “I.B_JEP-25174-2004” for the sum 380 thousand 620 euros - directed on improvement of professional skills of teachers of secondary - special and professional colleges are carried out. The coordinator of the project is the University of Grenoble in France, foreign partners: The Brussells University in Belgium and the University of Masarika in Czech; partners in Uzbekistan are: Tashkent state Pedagogical University, Bukhara State University, and fund "Istedod".
     4 computers Pentium IV got at the expense of the project “I.B_JEP-25174-2004” are being used at present in a local computer network of University. Under the given project the Pro-rector of University on A.Pozilov's scientific affairs have visited from March, 22nd till April, 6th,  the University of Pierre Mandes France Grenoble in France and the Brussells University of Belgium. The rector of the University U.N.Tashkenbaev have participated in the final seminar in France and Spain in June, 2008.
    On April, 15th, 2008 foreign partners arrived To take part in seminar devoted to the project “I.B_JEP-25174-2004” the improvement of professional skills of teachers of secondary-special and professional colleges. The questions of the superiority the technology used in the countries of Europe have been discussed during the seminar.
    In 2008 14 teachers from professor-teachers staff of the University have visited France, Spain, Belgium, Czech, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Malaysia and India in order to expend international relations. More than 60 articles and theses have been published in abroad.
    The students  from different Republics study at the University at the faculty of Economy «5340100 - Economy» to get their Bachelor degree. 
    In February, 2009 the Gulistan State University is awarded to the International award «European quality». The coordinating committee European Assembly Business recommended the Rector of the University in members “of Club of rectors of Europe” (CRE) and invites Him for delivery of attributes to XLIV solemn ceremony “International Socrates Award Ceremony” which will take place on March, 9th, 2009 of "the Oxford summit of leaders”.
