Scientific potential of the pulpit forms 50 %. For present-day day several teachers work on candidate's dissirtesium by work. Of them under the direction of professor, doctor of the history sciences D. Alimovoy leads scientific work senior teacher N. Mirzaeva; N. Ahmedova runs on managament of the candidate of the history sciences, assistant professor A. Ashirova.
Within the framework of faculty pulpit is considered main on education special subject such as history of the ancient world, history of the average ages, new and the most latest history. There is also auxiliary subjects such as archeology, museum, arxivium, history of the science, heraldry, numismatics, epigraphic and others Pulpit leads exploratory activity on such problem as "Uzbekistan and world community".
At University acts scientifically-practical museum, founded by pulpit. The Museum promotes the more deepening study and development of the know ledges on histories. The Employees of the pulpit actively participate in renewing and enrichment museum exhibit and material museum. Such mugs act At pulpit as "Turkistan", "Academy", in which enter the gifted students of the faculty. They actively participate in international, republican and regional scientifically-practical conference and olympiad.
 The Managinging pulpit doc. T. Omonzhulov works on èííîâàöèîííûì by project on subject "Origin citybuild in oasis Mirzachulya". The Teachers of the pulpit also actively participate in international, republican and regional scientifically-practical conference with their own thesis and article. In 2008 teachers N. Mirzaeva and L. Kodirova have got grant on lines "Iste'dod" and passed increasing to qualifications in Leningrad state university ( Sankt-Peterburg).
Pulpit leads active activity in renewing and improvement information data base. The Teacher of the pulpit is created 6 scholastic allowances, 11 scholastic-methodical allowance, electronic textbook on subject "Archeology", "History of the international relations", "Heraldry and sfragistika", "Numismatics".
In sphere cooperation pulpit is actively changed scientific and scholastic-methodical information and experience with such leadinging educational institutions as National University of Uzbekistan, Institute to histories at Academies of the Sciences of the Republic Uzbekistan, Institute Vostokovedeniya, Samarkand archeological institute, Dzhizak state pedagogical institute.
