Faculty «of General(common) mathematics»

1. History of the faculty
    The departament was grounded in 1971. At the end of the 70-th years the department was divided into on separate depart menu « Algebra and numbers theory », «Technique of Teaching Mathematics and Geometry », «Calculus». In 1999 the faculty « of General(common) mathematics » and the department «Calculus» were  joined to go ther.
    During the existence of the department  considerable activity in educational, educational and scientific - methodical directions. In 1990 were fulfilled seminars - conference of all-Union value on the trend «Perfecting of methods and forms of training of mathematics, information science both computer technology at schools and pedagogical institutes » (May 25-26, 1990 was held, Gulistan) the materials of the conference were published in three volumes.
    The department was  headed by  assistant – professors  Chorshanbayev E., Fozilov F., Umurzokov T., Hojibekov V., Kosimov S., professor Ikromov J., assistant – professors Ergashev B., Mamatov Sh., Jamuratov K., Abdukarimov M. At present the department is headed by on assistant – professors Mirzayev Ch.
2. Scientific potential and scientific activity.
    7 candidates of science, 5 assistant – professors, 2  doctors of sciences, professors (in Cooperation) work; 2 big senior teachers; 7 teachers; 3 laboratory assistants. Subject of the department « The are Mathematical analysis », «Geometry», «Algebra and number theory», «the Functional analysis and integral equations», «Differential equation», «Equations of mathematical physics», «Probability Theory», «Maximum mathematician»  on physics – mathematics department  , «Technique of teaching of mathematics», and «Special course»: a technique teaching of mathematics in maximum and high schools (assistant – professors Mirzayev Ch.), theory nearing of a function (senior lecturer Gaymnazarov G.), operational calculuses (senior lecturer Khasimov S.), theory of generalized functions (professor Begmatov A. and Jamuratov K.).
    The department  conducts scientific activity on following directions:

•   «Technique of teaching of mathematics in maximum and high school» (assistant – professors Mirzayev Ch., Ergashev B., Eshmurodov A., senior teacher Urazaliev T.).
  
•   «Functional Theory and functional analysis» (assistant – professors Gaymnazarov G., Khasimov S., teachers Eshniyozov A., Gaymnazarov O.)
  
•   «Equations of mathematical physics" (assistant – professors Jamuratov K, teacher Dosanov M.)
  
• «Differential equation and theory of probability»(assistant–professors Mamatov A, semor teacher Norjigitov H, teacher Norboyev F, Mamatov J.)
  

3. Research directions.
    A research work of faculty are conducted on idealized, practical direction and on modern problems of teaching of mathematics in maximum and high school. Till this direction the terms of faculty have published following research and is scientific - methodical activities.
·  Till teaching mathematics: the senior lecturer Mirzayev Ch. has published 96 is scientific of methodical activities. From them 4 educational manuals, 12 are scientific 53 is scientific - methodical activities; the senior lecturer Ergashev B. has published 52 is scientific - methodical activities; the senior lecturer Eshmurodov A. has published 40 is scientific - methodical activities; the high teacher Urazaliev T. has published 37 is scientific - methodical activities.
·  On a function theory and functional analysis; the senior lecturer Gaymnazarov G. has published 90 research works, from them 60 scientific activities on a subject « Nearing of functions », 5 manuals, 26 scientific activities. Gaymnazarov G. has prepared of a doctoral thesis for protection, the senior Lecturer Kosimov S. has published 15 research works on a subject «Simple analytical functions». The teacher Eshniyozov A. has published 6 research works.
·  On equations of mathematical physics: the senior lecturer Jamuratov K. has published 26 Dynamics(changes) of rise(ascent) of ground waters » is scientific of research works on a subject «. Still Jamuratov K. is published 1 manual, 2 methodical activities. scientists of faculty is prepared and is published 14 manuals, scientific and is scientific–methodical of activities: «geometry» (solution of a problem), « In the help to the teachers till the solutions of a problem », « Pedagogical know-how », « the Solutions of a problem on the functional analysis » and others.
    Norjigitov Kh defended his dissertation on the there “Thewry of  Graphs”  16 scientific and scientific – methodical educational supplies were prepared by the scientists  of  the department. Including   “Decision of stereo metrical problems” assistance on deciding – solving the problems “Help for the teachers”, “Pedagogical Technology”, Deciding  - Solving problems on “Functional analysis” and others.
    On 2007 march Mirzayev  Ch and Norjigitov Kh manual    “Decision of  stereometrical problems” and on October 2008 Gaymnazarov G and   Gaymnazarov O  manual “Deciding Problems on Functional Analysis” were recognized to be winner in the  examination of  educational literatures.
    At  present the department is carrying and  active scientific and research work in  the  toll owing direction

• Theoretical and   practical  problems of  modern mathematics.
